Overall we are very satisfied and excited to check out the rest of the community areas like the pools, fitness room, and fire pit area.

Maintenance is prompt with any requests too The only few things I have noticed that may be negative is the pool near the 13025 building always has trash in and around it and there are stains in the hallways of 13025.

Arrive is a very quiet but yet still full of life, we have great neighbors and it’s always fun to swim in the pool and cook hamburgers and hotdogs on the grills next to the pool. Wouldn’t think about living anywhere else.

Mostly maintenance problems like a missing door and no hot water for almost a week but, our neighbors play music every night that is loud, and the weekends it’s so loud that our baby has woken up. I’ve never had to deal with that at any apartment, it’s crazy, and submitting a complaint to the office did nothing.

They bring all the tenants together and very much needed. Good job on that. Maintenance need to be little more aggressive. Currently, time to resolve is not very good. Overall great community.
